This is really quite sad, but yesterday I finally purchased Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Late, I know. So many arbitrary spoilers have popped up on friend's social profiles and such. It's horrible. I feel so violated! Anyway I couldn't get it because my university ran out two weeks before it came out, and when I got back home my parents kept saying you can buy it somewhere else for less (we were at Costco!). The story's way to convoluted to continue. But it finally worked out so that I got it yesterday night.
Anyway, it's supposed last me until Monday, when I fly to St. Louis, but I simply cannot contain myself! It's really kind of sad, I remember reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone about a year or two after it had been originally published at age 11. Now it's the last book. I guess there are still the movies left, and the J. K. Rowling Encyclopedia in the works. Harry Potter has just defined a large part of my childhood, I'm excited for the conclusion, I'm just sad to finally see the series off.
